Users of Gadzoinks are responsible for following the requirements of whatever license applies to the software and/or model that was used to generate any image they upload. As a User of Gadzoinks you acknowledge you will follow the License of whatever system was used to create images that you upload. In addition we ask users to adhere to the following rules.
Please Age Rate your images correctly
Do not post images which depict a child or likeness of a child in a lewd or obscene act.
Do not post any sexually explicit images or depictions of sexual acts.
Do not post images which incite violence or hate crimes.
Do not post images depicting violence against a person or group of people.
Do not post images which depict obscene acts against a real person
Do not post copyrighted images.
Do not post images which would violate a Trademark
Gadzoinks is designed to work with AI generated images. storing any other kind of data is prohibited.
We reserve the right to restrict access or delete any images we find offensible ( including but not limited to the above rules ). We may also delete accounts that we find offensible (for any reason).
